Itinerary
Day 1: Labuan Bajo – Denge Village – Wae Rebo
- 07:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Labuan Bajo, then travel by air-conditioned car to Denge Village. The drive takes around 4–5 hours, with scenic views and optional photo stops.
• 12:30 PM: Enjoy a packed lunch or dine at a local restaurant en route.
• Upon arrival in Denge Village, begin your trek to Wae Rebo Adventure, which takes about 2–3 hours. Along the way, you’ll hike through lush rainforest. A local guide is highly recommended for navigation and insights.
• Arriving in Wae Rebo, you’ll be welcomed by the village chief. Rest in one of the traditional cone-shaped houses (Mbaru Niang), interact with the locals, and enjoy a traditional dinner prepared by your hosts. Participate in any available cultural activities, such as traditional dances or storytelling. Overnight in the traditional house.
Day 2: Wae Rebo Exploration – Return to Labuan Bajo
- Morning: Wake up early for a simple breakfast prepared by the hosts. Embrace the peaceful morning atmosphere of the village.
